TID+ E-Participation Project Wiki

TID+ is a newly-launched project (launched at the beginning of 2007) aimed at the evaluation, enhancement and packaging of an e-participation tool TOM (the acronym of the phrase “today I decide” in the Estonian language) as an open source "software appliance". Building on an existing web platform launched in 2001, the project aims to deliver substantive recommendations for empowering citizens via e-participation. TID+ is funded by the EU as a part of its eParticipation initiative and brings together experts from the Estonian E-Governance Academy (http://www.ega.ee), the Estonian State Chancellery and the European University Institute (http://www.eui.eu).
